Rename characters, keep names the same

Change any name: write Luffy under "Name to change" and Mark under "Show as", and every page shows Mark. The name to change can be the usual translation (Luffy) or how it is written on the page (ルフィ). Leave "Name to change" empty to just fix the spelling of a name.
